Hariprasad Varma

Hari is a Yoga Therapist, Transformation Coach, and Digital Consultant. He is the founder of Yogaśāla and Zensei. After a decade of working in the digital marketing space, Hari transitioned into the yoga and coaching space.

He has organised numerous yoga and wellness retreats across India and abroad, and teaches one-to-one personalised yoga practice in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya. He is a student of Antaranga Yoga (Inner Work Through Yoga) and Yogasutras under Sri Raghu Ananthanarayanan (Co-founder - Ritambhara), and has completed training to be a yoga therapist under Smt. Saraswati Vasudevan (Founder - YogaVahini).

He is also a Transformation Coach and founded Zensei to hold coaching and leadership programs for professionals and organisations. He holds contemplative conversations with individuals and groups who wish to explore the possibility to become the best that they can be in their lives.

Akanksha Thakore

Akanksha works on mental health and wellbeing, at the intersection of gender and identity, power and belonging, resilience and creativity, mindfulness and empathy.

Through an immersive mix of applied psychology, theatre-based techniques, storytelling and games, she helps people reflect, acquire new perspectives, and create small but significant shifts in their life and work trajectories. Being a part of people and organizational journeys and creating these tiny ripples is what gives her energy and meaning.  

With more than a decade of training experience behind her, Akanksha has delivered programs for diverse organizations such as YES BANK, Edelweiss, Affle, TVS Logistics, YES Foundation, RPG Foundation, IL&FS, Beyond 8, RN Podar School, HLC International, and several others. She also consults with NGOs on large-scale wellbeing and education change projects.

Akanksha is a certified personal counsellor and drama-based instructor. With an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a certificate in the Science of Wellbeing from Yale University, she brings an innate understanding of the business world into her wellbeing work with individuals and organizations.

Chandni Patel

Chandni is a Yoga practitioner, a human resource specialist by education and training, a social entrepreneur and lives in Ahmedabad with her joint family of 22 members.

She is currently pursuing foundation courses in Psychology (Harvard University, Boston) and working as an associate to Dr. Indira Parikh (ex Dean, IIM-Ahmedabad) where she designs, delivers and facilitates training programs (focusing on exploring life space, life roles and life identity) for students/ working professionals.

She has crafted two social entrepreneurship initiatives at the grass root level; project SUTRA (a sustainable clothing initiative with craft revival at its' core) and project TULASI (providing menstrual hygiene and pregnancy related services - free of cost to the rural audience).

She loves cooking, reading and working with people for bringing in a sustainable change at an individual, group and organisational level. She draws her strength from the teachings of J. Krishnamurthi and Swami Vivekananda.
